Boot holsters are a great way to carry your back-up or even your everyday handgun.
For the last five years I have been creating custom holsters at Cross Draw Holsters. During that time one holster has been requested, at a rate of three to one above all the other holster types. The "Boot Holster".
If you are here you have been searching for a boot holster, and you know how hard they are to find. Hopefully you will look no further.
The concept of a boot holster is not new. As long as there have been shoes we have been hiding weapons in them. Although the concept is old so is the problem. How does one hide something in one's boot comfortably? Well, it is my humble opinion that you can't. We are trying to stick a piece of cold steel in between you nice soft boot and your nice soft leg. One of these things is not like the other... one of these things just doesn't belong.
Now you have decided to conceal your pistol in your boot. It is my hope the "Boot Holster" will fit the bill.
So you are looking at these holsters and the first thing that crosses your mind is "Man these are some ugly holsters!" Well you are correct. The Boot Holster is built for functionality not eye appeal. If you like the concept, but hate the look, there is hope. Drop me a note and we well discuss creation a custom aesthetically pleasing holster. I plan on doing a fancy set and post some pictures, because I agree these are some ugly holsters!
One of the issues with having a Boot Holster is you need to be wearing boots.
Wouldn't it be nice if there was some way to use your holster when you are wearing dress shoes or tenny runners?
